An assemblage of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier. In the cellar, a great emphasis has been placed on the minimum handling of the fruit, and no mechanical interventions with pumps, filters etc are used during fermentation. Post fermentation the wine is aged on the fine lees for a period of 12 months.
A pale straw colour. Intense aromas of white peach, melon and honey suckle introduce this fresh, vibrant wine. On the palate the wine is juicy with a refined, crisp acidity followed by a harmonious finish. Great with all seafoods and white meats. Very limited stock – only 400 odd bottles.
